**** Great-, Arch-, Vice-, Under- etc. prefixes does not change the predicate and further address of the title.
***** E.g.: His Imperial Majesty Akihito, Emperor of Japan.
High nobility, feudal manorness: Marquis and higher. Low nobility, allodial manorness: Earl/Count and lower.
God to God (writes to himself): To: His Divinity N., God of Creation. My Lord God, Man contemplates divinity, Your Divinity. I remain etc..
