Many complaints when consumers have to pay extra per minute for telephone calls for ill service, and no e-mails or letters are answered...

Many complaints brings more money for an ill mannered ISP, until consumers collectively claim damages against the internet service provider.

Although many ISP tape the costumer calls "for educational purposes", no one asks for explicit costumer consent, as is required by laws.
ISP's, corporations, governments are required to send further or connect through any communication to the correct internal unit by laws.
ISP's & corporations are required to respond substantively within a reasonable time on any communication by laws and codes of conduct.
ISP's & corporations are required to show name, address, e-mail or telephone or telefax as contact for consumers by laws & codes of conduct.
