Litany of Signs:

Sign of conversion.

Sign of conversion is not baptism, but better behaviour.

Sign of seal.

Sign of seal is not circumcision, but a just faith.

Sign of covenant.

Sign of covenant is the rainbow; never one global flood.

Sign of season.

Sign of season is the light of day and night in the expanse.

Sign of sending.

Sign of sending is when you have brought the people out of Egypt, you will worship God on this mountain (Horeb).

Sign of appearance.

Signs of appearance are Moses's staff and snake miracle and the leprous hand and healthy hand miracle.

Sign of blood.

Sign of blood is the pass of the destructive plague. Alas, I do not like this bloodshed.

Sign of hand and forehead.

Sign of hand and forehead is eating of unleavened bread.

Sign of sabbath.

Sign of sabbath is not the rest, but reflection on God who makes holy.

Sign of censers.

Sign of censers is take out of the smouldering remains and hammer the censers into sheets to overlay the altar.

Sign of staff.

Sign of staff is Aaron's staff, which had not only sprouted but had budded, blossomed and produced almonds against grumbling and rebellion.

Sign of warning.

Sign of warning is the swallowing earth.

Sign of strength.

Sign of strength is the right of the firstborn by giving a double share of all he has.

Sign of curses.

Sign of curses for disobedience to God. (Deuteronomy 28)

Sign of sureness.

Sign of sureness is our lives for your lives, we will treat you kindly and faithfully.

Sign of stones.

Sign of stones is the memorial that the flow of the Jordan was cut off before the ark. when it crossed.

Sign of talking God.

Sign of talking God is: I will wait until you return.

Sign of despise.

Sign of despise is that Hophni and Phinehas will both die on the same day. (1 Samuel 2)

Sign of power.

Sign of power is prophesy with a procession of prophets. (1 Samuel 10)

Sign of gift.

Sign of gift is: But if they say, 'Come up to us,' we will climb up.

Sign of altar.

Sign of altar is that the altar will be split apart and the ashes on it will be poured out.

Sign of growth.

Sign of growth is eat what grows by itself, and then what springs from that. But 3rd year sow and reap, plant vineyards and eat their fruit.

Sign of healing.

Sign of healing is that the shadow was made go back the ten steps it had gone down on the stairway of Ahaz.

Sign of Immanuel.

Sign of Immanuel is that the virgin will be with child and will give birth to a son, and will call him Immanuel.

Sign of monument.

Sign of monument is an altar in the heart of Egypt, and a monument at its border. (Isaiah 19)

Sign of nakedness.

Sign of nakedness is going stripped and barefoot for three years. (Isaiah 20)

Sign of foiling.

Sign of foiling is stopping the signs of false prophets. (Isaiah 44)

Sign of renown.

Sign of renown is that instead of the thornbush will grow the pine tree, and instead of briers the myrtle will grow.

Sign of glory.

Sign of glory is sending some to the nations; they will proclaim my glory and bring all to my holy mountain & I select some to be priests.

Sign of punishment.

Sign of punishment is punish you in this place: to hand pharaoh and king over to their enemies who seek their life. (Jeremiah 44)

Sign of siege.

Sign of siege is iron pan placed as wall between you and the city, turned face toward it. It will be under siege, and you shall besiege it.

Sign of face.

Sign of face is cover your face so that you cannot see the land. (Ezekiel 12)

Sign of fugitive.

Sign of fugitive is that fugitive will come to tell you news, your mouth will be opened; you will speak him and will no longer be silent.

Sign of prophet.

Sign of prophet is three days and three nights in the belly of a huge fish.

Sign of the end.

Signs of the end is when you see standing in the holy place 'the abomination that causes desolation'.

Signs of the end is: 'the sun darkened, and the moon not give its light; the stars fall from the sky, and the heavenly bodies be shaken.'

Sign of the Son of Man.

Sign of the Son of Man is his coming on the clouds of the sky with power and great glory, sending his angels and they will gather his elect.

Sign of deceit.

Sign of deceit is that false Christs and false prophets will appear and perform signs and miracles to deceive the elect. (Mark 13)

Sign of belief.

Signs of belief: driven out demons; speech in tongues; picked up snakes; drunken deadly poison; placed hands on sick people & they got well.

Sign of birth.

Sign of birth is you will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger. (Luke 2)

Sign of contradiction.

Sign of contradiction is the destined child to cause falling and rising of many in Israel, so that thoughts of many hearts will be revealed.

Sign of revelation.

Sign of revelation is changing water into wine at the wedding. (John 2)

Sign of authority.

Sign of authority is: destroy this temple (body), and I will raise it again in three days.

Sign of obedience.

Sign of obedience is that the man took him at his word: "You may go. Your son will live." and departed. (John 4)

Sign of hungry.

Sign of hungry is five small barley loaves and two small fish and twelve baskets with the pieces of the five barley loaves. (John 6)

Sign of bread.

Sign of bread is: I  the bread of life. He who comes to me will never go hungry, and he who believes in me will never be thirsty.

Sign of word.

Sign of word is when he called Lazarus from the tomb and raised him from the dead.

Sign of tongues.

Sign of tongues is not for believers but for unbelievers; prophecy, however, is for believers, not for unbelievers.

Sign of firmness.

Sign of firmness is that you stand firm in one spirit, contending as one man, without being frightened in any way. (Philippians 1)

Sign of heaven.

Signs of heaven is a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet and a crown of twelve stars on her head...

...and a red dragon with seven heads and ten horns and seven crowns on his heads. (Revelation 12)

Sign of fire.

Sign of fire is the beast who had two horns like a lamb, but he spoke like a dragon, even causing fire to come down from heaven to earth.

Sign of wrath.

Sign of wrath is seven angels with the seven last plagues. (Revelation 15)

Sign of mouths.

Sign of mouths is three evil spirits that looked like frogs; they came out of the mouth of dragon, beast and false prophet. (Revelation 16)

Sign of delusion.

Sign of delusion is the captured beast, the false prophet who had performed signs on his behalf; deluded who received the mark of the beast.

Good signs and bad signs. Learn from the good signs.
