The virtue & also the emanation of virtue is - of course - true by fulfilment. The virtue exists by its fulfilment, not only as thought.

@Cade_S: Effectivity is too poor to qualify wisdom. Hypothesis: only man seek glory or need to dictate. Other sorts will opinion and decide.
